As we step into 2026, we are not chasing trends. We are building capability, confidence, and discernment. This is the year we move from experimenting with AI to using it well and responsibly.

We submitted 11 proposals since September. Special thanks to everyone working alongside Jenna to get these out. Our AI/IT team has been automating procurement identification and filtering so the bids we review already meet our competencies by over 80%.

Thought Leadership: AI for Good

This year, JJR is positioning as a thought leader in responsible AI adoption. We are helping public health and community service organizations "do more with less" in this rapidly evolving landscape, while staying grounded in equity and human-centered values.

Procurement Acceleration

We are targeting 5+ bid submissions in January alone, and expect to double that in the coming months. Our investment in AI-enabled procurement filtering means we spend less time sorting and more time crafting winning proposals for opportunities that truly fit our expertise.

AI Ethics & Data Governance

We are developing JJR's AI Ethics and Data Governance framework in the coming months, and we will be seeking consultant input every step along the way. Here is where we are starting:
